Zach Burnett is the Chief Executive Officer at RadarFirst, where he leads the company’s strategic vision and commercial execution with a sharp focus on scaling growth, product innovation, and operational excellence through AI. A proven software executive, Zach brings over two decades of global experience in GTM, product management, development execution, and customer engagement.

His expertise lies in aligning revenue, margin, and profit goals with new product expansion and market entry, underpinned by deep knowledge of international markets across Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia.

Prior to his CEO role, Zach served as Chief Revenue Officer at RadarFirst and as EVP of Global Field Operations at Varicent, where he led both companies to consistent double-digit growth. Earlier roles at IBM and Avaya helped shape his “Growth Mindset” leadership style—centered on adaptability, continuous learning, and empowering teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

As CFO, Leila leads all financial and administrative functions. She is a senior financial executive who has assisted public and privately held technology companies grow their businesses worldwide, with a demonstrated track record in leading successful large-scale transformation initiatives. She is passionate about developing high functioning teams and ensuring that her team members achieve their professional goals. Leila earned a business administration degree from the University of Washington and is a CPA. While not working, she enjoys black & white film photography, cooking and various fitness endeavors.

Accomplished technology and product engineering executive with a proven record of building high-performing teams and guiding early-stage organizations from product concept through design, development, and full commercial launch—culminating in multiple successful exits.

He has dedicated much of his career to developing and productizing advanced cyber-threat detection, notably at RSA Security, as well as cyber-risk quantification platforms and large-scale data analytics solutions at Logi Analytics. His experience also includes years of technical advisory work for private equity firms focused on accelerating the growth of enterprise software businesses.

He is passionate about driving technology strategy that enables successful business outcomes, building value, and fostering operational improvement through innovation and the adoption of modern engineering practices, including AI and machine learning.

Prior to RadarFirst, Alex served as a Consultant and Continuous Improvement lead at INSIGHT2Profit, a pricing consulting firm.

Alex has two bachelor’s degrees from Northwestern University: a B.A. in Earth and Planetary Sciences and a B.A. in Classics and Classical Language, Literature, and Linguistics. He also earned a master’s degree in Geosciences from the University of Iowa. He is a Chicago-area native and strong advocate of the many wonderful museums Chicago has to offer, as well as a passionate fan of Chicago sports.

Jared Combs is currently the Vice President of Sales, leading the global sales team at RadarFirst, an intelligent incident response software company for privacy, compliance, risk, legal, and cyber incidents owned by Vista Private Equity.

For over a decade, Jared has worked with the C-suite and Executives as a trusted business partner, delivering value and achieving significant business outcomes. Jared previously served as Vice President at SafeGuard Privacy and has deep industry knowledge. He has also served as a Co-Chair for the International Association of Privacy Professionals. He strives to bring value to his team, business partners, and the larger privacy, cyber, and digital community.

Lauren Wallace is a tech and privacy attorney and business executive with experience in both in-house and large law firm settings, as well as specializations in technology transactions and global privacy law. Her background includes serving as general counsel for a venture-funded healthcare startup and a SaaS software business, as a senior business lead for large enterprise technology companies such as Apple and Microsoft, and as lead negotiator for global enterprise SaaS and privacy agreements. Lauren has held the designation of Certified Information Privacy Professional (iapp.org) since 2014 and has written extensively on privacy law. Lauren previously served as RadarFirst’s Chief Legal Officer for over four years, contributing significantly to shaping who we are today.

Lauren is an active member of the Portland business and nonprofit community, having held board-level roles with organizations that support entrepreneurship, women’s healthcare, and youth development. She and her two teenage sons enjoy the great outdoors and Portland’s diverse cultural, arts, and culinary scene.

Christopher Hetner is a senior executive and board director recognized globally for advancing cybersecurity, AI governance, and risk management at the intersection of business and technology. As Cyber Risk Advisor to the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and Chair of Cybersecurity, AI, and Privacy at the Nasdaq Center for Board Excellence, he drives operational resilience across public and private sectors. Hetner also serves on the boards of Simulint and NACD’s Connecticut Chapter and is a Research Affiliate with the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Edna M. Conway is CEO of EMC Advisors, LLC, where she advises global enterprises and governments on technology, cybersecurity, risk management, and resilient supply chains. With over 40 years of experience leading transformations across the tech sector, Edna has built and scaled organizations focused on security, compliance, sustainability, and third-party risk management. She previously served as Microsoft’s VP, Chief Security & Risk Officer for Cloud Infrastructure, where she led the development of the award-winning Advanced Security & Resiliency Architecture (ASRA). Prior to that, she was Cisco’s Chief Security Officer for the Global Value Chain, driving a comprehensive security and trust strategy across its third-party ecosystem.

A recognized thought leader in cybersecurity and supply chain governance, Edna has advised U.S. Presidential Commissions, NATO, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and currently serves on multiple corporate boards, including Fusion Risk Management, Attabotics, Cyber Re, and Active Cypher. She also advises leading investment firms, including NightDragon, Vista Equity Partners, and YL Ventures. Her insights are regularly featured in Forbes, Bloomberg, The Wall Street Journal, and other prominent publications.
