Mahmood Sher-Jan, CEO
As CEO, Mahmood oversees the strategic direction of the RADAR business unit. His leadership experience spans start-ups to fortune 500 enterprises. He holds patents in incident management, fraud prevention, and secure identity solutions; Mahmood is the inventor of RADAR®, an award-winning incident response management platform to automate the assessment and management of privacy and security incidents. He is the winner of Info Security’s 2015 Global Excellence Awards for Product Development/Management Executive of the Year. He holds a BA in Computer Science from the University of Washington and an MBA from University of Redlands.
Dylan Anderson, Senior Director of Finance
Dylan provides RADAR with financial & operational executive leadership. As a seasoned Chief Financial Officer with over 20 years in the field, Dylan has led multiple strategic functional areas of fast growing companies. He has been CFO of Urban Airship, Max-Viz, Chirpify, and Strands, and has a passion for venture capital and startups. Having worked in both public and private startup settings, Dylan has helped drive over $127M in venture backed funding rounds of all stages, multiple mergers and acquisitions and divestitures and completed two successful exits. Dylan holds a BS in Finance and Marketing from University of Oregon.
Doug Kruger, Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development
Doug has executive responsibility for new customer acquisition and revenue. His RADAR responsibilities include managing a seasoned team of sales executives, identifying and creating the framework for strategic alliances, and providing a liaison between sales, product management, engineering, and senior management. Over the past 25+ years, Doug has held senior level sales and sales management positions at the likes of FireEye/Mandiant, Riverbed, iovation, WholeSecurity and FileNet – consistently surpassing sales goals and serving as a trusted advisor to his customers, partners and colleagues. Doug graduated Magna cum Laude with a BA from University of Arizona.
Andrew Migliore, Vice President of Engineering
Andrew is RADAR’s engineering leader, bringing a tactical and hands-on approach to the development and leadership of a distributed agile software engineering team, ultimately designing and building SaaS and enterprise applications. Coming from a strong entrepreneurial background including past work with Tripwire, Mentor Graphics, Context, Intergraph, and Fairchild Semiconductor, Andrew focuses on integrating the creative with the technical. Together with his team at RADAR, Andrew was the recipient of the gold award for product development, management team of the year in 2016 by Info Security’s Global Excellence Awards. Andrew has a BS in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
Travis Cannon, Director of Product Management
Travis brings over 10 years industry experience to his key responsibilities at RADAR: manage the product line life cycle, specify market requirements and customer needs, and drive the development and continuous improvement of the RADAR solution. Travis has a focus on product management and software development, and an established history of working in entrepreneurial and startup settings. Outside of his work with RADAR, Travis serves as Community Champion and Facilitator for Startup Weekend, and Curator for Startup Digest. Travis has a BS in Computer Engineering Technology and Software Engineering Technology from Oregon Institute of Technology, and an MBA in Innovation Management from Portland State University.
Alex Wall, Esq., Senior Counsel and Global Privacy Officer
Alex leads the internal legal and data privacy compliance functions for RADAR, contributing his passion for problem-solving to product and content development as well as client service. Alex brings a unique mix of legal and technical know-how honed through commercial litigation at Fried Frank, LLP; as general counsel and manager for growing businesses providing Software as a Service; and also as outside counsel and solo entrepreneur. Alex holds a J.D. from the University of Maine, a B.A. from Colby College, and CIPP certifications in data privacy for the U.S. and European Union.
Kristin Williams, Senior Client Success Manager
Kristin leads all customer success efforts for RADAR. In this role, she is responsible for implementing new customers, managing support and leveraging cross-functional resources to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction through multiple channels. Kristin was previously Sr. Client Manager at iovation, and Account Manager for PreCash. She brings more than 15 years of experience exceeding customer's expectations in fast-paced startup environments to her role. Kristin earned a BS from Oregon State University.
Dorothy Davis, Marketing Director
Dorothy leads all marketing strategy and initiatives for RADAR, including brand positioning, demand generation efforts, and communications. She is a seasoned marketer and business leader with more than 15 years of experience spanning eCommerce, technology, and creative industries. She is passionate about aligning sales and marketing efforts, and helping innovative companies grow. Dorothy holds a BA from the University of Virginia.
