Jim Nieman currently serves as General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at Guardian Life, leading the development, design, and implementation of Guardian’s Global Privacy Program. In addition to Jim’s role as the leading legal counsel advising on complex privacy matters across all business lines, Jim has built a dedicated Privacy Office and Global Privacy Program, instituting corporate-wide policies, procedures, guidance, and assessments within an integrated governance model throughout the company.

Alan brings his 25+ years of experience leading, building and reinventing scalable sales organizations to RadarFirst.

Most recently, Alan served as President and Chief Revenue Officer of Comodo Cyber Security. Prior to that he served as Global Head of Sales and Customer Success for Nasdaq’s Corporate Solutions software division, where over 7+ years helped lead growth from $40M to $265M. Following that, Alan led the exit/sale of those businesses to Apollo Global under the West/Intrado Digital brand, where he continued in the same role.

Shari Kenney is a Strategic Account Manager maintaining and expanding relationships with our most strategic existing customer account. She is based out of Chapel Hill, North Carolina and is 100% remote.

In her free time, Shari likes to spend time with family and friends outdoors, hunt for the next book recommendation, and hike.

As VP Sales, Apollo is responsible for New Customer Acquisition at RadarFirst, leading a team of Account Executives and Business Development Specialists.

With over 10 years experience building outbound focused sales and BDR teams, Apollo is focused on developing new customer relationships and building sales capability. Apollo has a passion for nurturing teams and developing solution-oriented sales professionals that bring true value to clients.

Prior to RadarFirst, Apollo held the position of VP Sales with a focus on New Logo acquisition at Notified and previously Nasdaq Corporate Solutions where he held various management roles including Sales, Product Marketing, Commercial Strategy.

Travis Cannon is the Interim Head of Engineering (Director of Product Engineering) with over two decades of experience designing and developing innovative software solutions across platforms. With a unique combination of technical expertise and business acumen—grounded in dual bachelor’s degrees in engineering and an MBA—Travis brings a strategic, entrepreneurial approach to product development and leadership.
