As CEO, Don is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of RadarFirst. He is a proven leader and results oriented executive possessing 20+ years of executive leadership experience delivering client value through cloud-based and on-premise solutions.

Demonstrated abilities to transform organizations at a global scale while delivering double-digit year on year revenue growth. Deep expertise and curiosity for Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, and disruptive technologies.

Passionate and energetic leader, an exceptional coach, he generates energy and enthusiasm within the organizations he leads.

Don earned an engineering degree from the University of Illinois. He enjoys hiking, biking, and is an avid endurance runner.

Lauren Wallace is a tech and privacy attorney and business executive, with both in-house and large law firm experience, and specializations in technology transactions and global privacy law. Her background includes serving as general counsel for a venture-funded health care startup and a SaaS software business; as a senior business lead for large enterprise technology companies, including Apple and Microsoft; and as lead negotiator for global enterprise SaaS and privacy agreements. Lauren has held the designation of Certified Information Privacy Professional (iapp.org) since 2014 and has written extensively on privacy law.

Lauren is an active member of the Portland business and nonprofit community, and has held board-level roles with organizations supporting entrepreneurship, women’s healthcare, and youth development. She and her two teenage sons enjoy the great outdoors and Portland’s diverse cultural, arts, and culinary scene.

Throughout her career in Marketing, Kristina has focused on marketing communications, digital advertising, social media, marketing operations, reporting, events, brand development, website and project management.

Kristina has attended a few universities (playing D2 Softball for UMass Lowell) and graduated from one: Columbia College with a BS in Business Administration.

Kristina lives in Portland, OR with her husband, two children and a (very large and lovable) dog. Outside of work you can find her co-managing her family business (a local doggy daycare), reading horror novels or watching anything terrifying, traveling as much as possible, galavanting in nature, enjoying (yet avoiding) open water, dreaming of her next adventure, and hugging her kids.

Shari Kenney is a Strategic Account Manager maintaining and expanding relationships with our most strategic existing customer account. She is based out of Chapel Hill, North Carolina and is 100% remote.

In her free time, Shari likes to spend time with family and friends outdoors, hunt for the next book recommendation, and hike.

As Senior Vice President of Product, Greg is responsible for the product management and product marketing functions at RadarFirst. He brings over 25 years of experience in product and business leadership roles across global operations. Over this time, Greg has relentlessly focused on delivering high value solutions to enterprise customers. He began his professional journey as an aerospace engineer. Greg holds a BS in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California-Berkeley.

Zelda and her team are responsible for everything related to the Breach Guidance Engine™, from tracking new legislation, the research and analysis of data privacy laws, and designing new features.

Alan brings his 25+ years of experience leading, building and reinventing scalable sales organizations to RadarFirst.

Most recently, Alan served as President and Chief Revenue Officer of Comodo Cyber Security. Prior to that he served as Global Head of Sales and Customer Success for Nasdaq’s Corporate Solutions software division, where over 7+ years helped lead growth from $40M to $265M. Following that, Alan led the exit/sale of those businesses to Apollo Global under the West/Intrado Digital brand, where he continued in the same role.

Throughout his many successes and exceptional track record of creating high-performing and process-driven cultures, there have been two constants in addition to phenomenal sales and profitability results: a delighted client base and a foundation of employees prepared to follow anywhere.

Brianne brings 10+ years of marketing experience to RadarFirst, with experience in multiple domains including biotechnology, SaaS, and B2C retail.

Marissa Ferrighetto is a product owner at RadarFirst. Interested in all aspects of the digital experience, she has previously worked as a SEM marketer and product analyst. She is currently finishing a master’s degree in Information Technology at Carnegie Mellon University.

As Sales Director, Nathan is responsible for new client acquisition. He is a proven results driven sales leader with 20+ years of senior level sales and sales management experience advising clients and providing cloud, enterprise, on-premise and capital equipment solutions.

Nathan most recently served as National Sales Director for two different startup healthcare technology companies providing SaaS solutions. He established and grew sales teams, developed industry partnerships, and consistently exceeded sales goals. As part of the leadership teams, he assisted with the direction of marketing, product development, organizational infrastructure, and customer experience initiatives.

Marco is a Sales Engineer with over 20 years experience helping clients designing solutions that streamline processes and optimize communication.
