Time to discover…Advanced Dimensions Actions

Have you discovered Advanced Dimension Actions? First released in July 2024, Advanced Dimension Actions is a suite of three features available in the Radar® platform that allows for complex workflow automation, including:

  1. NEW! Automated Incident Group Routing | Automatically set incident group(s) based on a predetermined custom field value. This allows for the automatic routing of new incidents to the appropriate team or individual within a privacy organization to streamline and speed up incident remediation. Available exclusively to Radar® Privacy users.
  2. Automated Communications | Notifications can be automatically triggered based on Custom Fields and the status of a Dimension. For instance, C-suite or board members can be automatically notified when the severity of an event is “critical” and the status is “closed.”
  3. Automated Playbooks | Automatically run Playbooks based on either a Custom Field, or a combination of a Custom Field and the status of a Dimension, to automate common incident scenarios, such as a lost laptop.

Available now to all Radar® Compliance and Radar® Privacy users via the Admin settings. To learn more, download our data sheet, or reach out to your Customer Success Manager by replying to this email.

Update! Reports to Include Reporter Fields as Individual Columns

This update to Radar® Privacy reports will standardize reporter information and fields between what is submitted and what reports pull. For instance, instead of reports showing the given name and surname of the reporter as a single field, these data points will each be shown as a unique column, in alignment with how they are submitted by the reporter. Additional report details will also now be included in reports, such as phone number, email address, and ID number.

Available now to all Radar® Privacy users.

NEW! Detailed Emails to Only Include Submitted Data

Detailed Emails will be updated so that only fields with data will be included in Detailed Emails for new incident reports. This will declutter Detailed Emails, streamline users’ ability to review and understand new incidents submitted, and effectively identify and assess critical incidents in a timely manner.

Available now for all Detailed Emails users. To learn more about how Detailed Emails can help your team’s efficiency and data accessibility, reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
