1. Automate communications. Notifications can be automatically triggered based on Custom Fields and the status of a Dimension. For instance, C-suite or board members can be automatically notified when the severity of an event is “critical” and the status is “closed.”

The legal team may also need to be notified of an incident or event, but only if it is flagged for legal review and has reached an “on hold” status, i.e. while waiting for a legal review once all relevant data has been gathered by the privacy, Infosec, cyber, or compliance team.

2. Automate playbooks. Automatically run Playbooks based on either a Custom Field, or a combination of a Custom Field and the status of a Dimension.

Enterprises commonly have redundant scenarios that their privacy or cyber team needs to address on a regular basis.
