Don earned an engineering degree from the University of Illinois. He enjoys hiking, biking, and is an avid endurance runner.

Lauren Wallace is a tech and privacy attorney and business executive, with both in-house and large law firm experience, and specializations in technology transactions and global privacy law. Her background includes serving as general counsel for a venture-funded health care startup and a SaaS software business; as a senior business lead for large enterprise technology companies, including Apple and Microsoft; and as lead negotiator for global enterprise SaaS and privacy agreements. Lauren has held the designation of Certified Information Privacy Professional (iapp.org) since 2014 and has written extensively on privacy law.

Lauren is an active member of the Portland business and nonprofit community, and has held board-level roles with organizations supporting entrepreneurship, women’s healthcare, and youth development. She and her two teenage sons enjoy the great outdoors and Portland’s diverse cultural, arts, and culinary scene.

As CTO, Wendy leads the Product, Engineering, and Information Security functions within RadarFirst. She brings more than twenty-five years of experience in Information Technology across multiple domains. She has a track record of successfully delivering large-scale global implementations and transformation programs geared towards optimization and enabling growth.

Throughout her career in IT, she has focused on communication, inclusion, and a leadership style she describes as being of service. People-first is her primary focus, combined with a passion for ensuring her teams achieve their professional goals.

As Senior Vice President of Product, Greg brings over 25 years of experience in product and strategic business leadership roles across global operations. Over this time, Greg has relentlessly focused on delivering high value solutions to enterprise customers. He began his professional journey as an aerospace engineer. Greg holds a BS in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California-Berkeley.

As solutions engineering director, Travis is focused on building strong relationships with customers, sales and product teams as a trusted advisor. With a strong technical understanding of RadarFirst’s products and deep industry knowledge, Travis works with customers to understand their product requirements, building greater product proficiency and competence.

Doug has executive responsibility for identifying and creating the framework for strategic alliances, working with leading GRC, Security, Consulting and Technology organizations to complement their solutions with Radar’s patented decision support engine. Doug also has a direct role in creating value for a number of the company’s leading strategic customers and prospects.

Over the past 25+ years, Doug has held senior level sales and sales management positions at the likes of FireEye/Mandiant, Riverbed, iovation, WholeSecurity and FileNet – consistently surpassing sales goals and serving as a trusted advisor to his customers, partners and colleagues. Doug graduated Magna cum Laude with a BA from University of Arizona.
