Implementation Team Leads
Introducing you to a few members of our implementation team!
The RadarFirst implementation team is knowledgeable and consultative, and their main goal is to build confident and savvy users who are ready to unleash the power of automation.
Hayley Dolan, Senior Implementation Specialist
“Hayley was extremely patient with us and timely in all her feedback, suggestions and help pushing changes through. It can’t be easy managing such a large client’s needs, so full compliments to her for the level of care we received from her!”
Hayley is based in Portland, OR, and has a background in healthcare technology. Outside of work, she keeps busy singing and playing guitar in a local band.
Maggi Coleman, Implementation Specialist
“Maggi is absolutely a key to our success. I appreciated her planning, organization and knowledge of everything RadarFirst. Maggi’s demeanor is perfect for this type of work – we didn’t feel rushed or overwhelmed, but stretched (in a good way.) Maggi is also able to explain new concepts in understandable terms without confusing our new learners.”
Maggi is based in northern Minnesota, and has a background in healthcare technology. Her cat, Meeko, can often be found lounging on the other half of her desk “supervising”.
